Callbax is a young product run by a small team, so we do not publish a guaranteed response time. In practice you will hear back within one working day.

If you received a text or call from Callbax

Messages are sent on behalf of a business you hold an appointment with, and each one names that business. To stop them, reply STOP to the text — that is permanent, applies to that business, and survives any later import. On a call, press 9 if it is the wrong number.
