Callbax Confirm is $99/month, Callbax Reviews is $99/month, and Callbax Complete — both products together — is $149/month. Usage is the same on every plan: $0.49 per confirmation workflow (the text, the call and any retry together) and $0.15 per standalone SMS. The first 100 confirmation workflows are free, once.

How does Callbax reduce no-shows?

Callbax texts your customers two business days before the appointment and, if they still have not replied, calls them one business day before. Customers who confirm are far less likely to no-show, and the ones who cancel do it early enough for you to refill the slot.

Which calendars does Callbax support?

Accepted Answer

Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Calendly, plus CSV upload if you would rather not connect a calendar at all. Access is read-only: Callbax never creates, moves, cancels or edits an event.

Will Callbax cancel or reschedule appointments for me?

No, deliberately. Callbax has read-only calendar access. A cancellation or reschedule request comes back to you as an exception, by email, so a person decides what happens next.
