What it deliberately does not do

Callbax never edits your calendar. A cancellation reaches you as an exception; moving the appointment stays your decision.
It will not negotiate a new time or take a booking. It confirms, and reports what it heard.
Two business days of lead time are needed, so same-day bookings are out of scope.

Will it move appointments for me?

No, deliberately. Callbax has read-only calendar access. Reschedule and cancellation requests arrive as exceptions so a person decides.

What if the customer never responds?

The appointment stays unconfirmed and appears in your daily summary. Callbax does not keep calling.
