What it deliberately does not do

Every customer gets the same link. Callbax does not screen by rating, survey people first, or route unhappy customers somewhere private — that is review gating, and Google prohibits it.
Callbax cannot remove, hide or respond to reviews you already have.
Requests need a mobile number. Landlines are skipped rather than guessed at.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need a calendar?

No. Reviews works from a CSV of completed customers if you would rather not connect one. Most scheduling, CRM and practice-management systems can export that.

What stops a customer being asked twice?

One request per appointment, and a 90-day gap per phone number regardless of how many appointments they had.

Can I stop it going to certain customers?

Cancelled appointments, wrong numbers and anyone who has opted out are excluded automatically. You can also suppress a customer manually.
